More Dales Way Hiking

Today's hike took us from Burnsall to Kettlewell. The weather was more cloudy &  and windy but we really enjoyed the amazing views. The scenery was less "prettily pretty" than yesterday - more "dramatically beautiful" with several miles of walking over moorland. The main blip shows the view as we began our descent from the moors towards Kettlewell itself.  As we walked along a track between some stone walls a group of three lambs came to see what we were up to. They came very close, pretending to be very brave, and weren't camera shy (see the extra) - but they ran to their mums as soon as we moved forward!

Tomorrow's our last day of hiking. We were planning to walk about 16 miles to Ribblehead but one of our number (not me, fortunately) has developed some nasty blisters. So we're going to change our plans and use buses for some of the route.
