Islay Football Festival

Today we were off before 6am to take KK to Islay Football festival. A car ride, a boat trip and then a walk took us to Post Ellen pitch. This view is of the beach beside the pitch with the distillery in the background. A beautiful if windy day with great clouds. Nearly 5 hours today spent on the ferry with 129, 8yr to 10yr olds was not a joy.

A bus journey then a ferry and then a car took us back home. KK is in bed knackered and I will not be far behind him.
