Ben Ledi

4 of us went to Callander today to go running, 3 of us the 10k race and Mr Rat decided to go for a run but not race (too soon after last week's exertions).
We didn't go up Ben Ledi but did have a fairly steep hill at the beginning and a less steep one later - though that one was in the sun and hot. Slower than in the autumn but that was near the end of the season and this near the beginning, (and cooler) but still managed to be 1st 60+ female and one of the others was 1st 35+F.
Once home sat and dozed in the garden for a while before getting the garden watered and finding food for tea.
