We're having some work done in our loft in a couple of weeks time. Unfortunately because we live in a conservation are we can't convert the loft but are getting it properly boarded out and a sturdy loft ladder put in to make access a lot easier.  It will make a huge difference to our storage space.  It does mean however that we have had to get into the loft and sort through the bits and pieces which have been stored there for the past years and decide what we want to keep and what to dispose of.  To keep us going I did some baking this morning.  These coffee & chocolate muffins are so yummy, there are not many left!
