Regatta day

The day started with a powerful sunrise (see extra) and the weather still fine enough to go out for a rowing session on the lake. We were on a four, together with 2 beginners who just finished their introduction course in April. It was fun to see how quickly they improved on rowing technique and we were glad to help (the same type of support we received as newbies).

In the afternoon a sailing regatta started ... and the rain as well. Quite a wet and cool competition.
