FOG IN THE VALLEY....

.... had reason to attend Sunshine Day in Springwood today conducted by the Cancer Wellness Support group - our Prostate Cancer Support Group have supported them now for some 6 years.

It really was a top day with many very interesting speakers covering all sorts of "therapy issues" for all cancer suffers.

On the way up the mountain this morning the fog was massive so stopped at Hawkesbury Lookout to take some pics (as you do). On a clear day from here you can see all the major centres right through to Sydney central CBD. After doing this pano the fog lifted a little and did get a shot here which gives an idea of the view. That is Sydney CBD in the centre with correctly named Centre Point lookout in the centre - to the right hand side to the front a bit is a new high rise in Parramatta of 55 floors high, and too the left is Chatswood centre.
