Running..

.. a marathon in a tutu with balloons tied to your back?  Seems a bit silly! These runners and walkers are towards the end of the starters in the 53rd Rotorua Marathon. A perfect day for the race, cool at the start but fine and clear. Runners who hope to finish in a certain time have the option of joining a group of runners who are aiming to finish around the same time - these girls were leading the 5hr group.
