A day for coffees......

Mum and I had a wonderful catch-up with Daughter E over coffee's, ice chocolate and brunch at Under the Red Verandah in the city.

Afterwards a little mall shopping was done and then a visit to R who was in one of his busy moods but that's ok at least we chatted for a wee while as last time we visited he was sound asleep. It wasn't long before he was telling us we could go home now.......

A mild frost but a beautiful calm sunny day followed. Interesting to note my impatiens, of which I have many, are still in full bloom.
