tree - a tree grows in Eastlake - i got the hour of bright light kind of early - and then played cello, i.e. worked on the hard music, for hours 


as break is kind of burning so I called, knowing what I would hear but knowing I needed a direct command - yep - walk way less if it hurts - thank heavens I have this other thing to work on or I might go mad.  and really i was not doing that much - of the walking.
