Non stop!

What a busy day!
Me and Rafi set off for Doncaster at 8.30am where he had a fantasic physio session running round the lake on his running bike and then 'running' yes running on the grass with Helen his physio trying to hold onto him but finding it hard to keep up! Then off to Sheffield for a hospital appointment. After that we drove to Manchester to looks at cars at the Motability show as I'm hoping the next car we have will be one that Rafi will be able to drive.
