New room

This might look like the most manky room you've ever seen but we are quite happy with our day of clearing out broken, dirty rubbish, three generations of defunct water pipes and, most fun of all, a wood fired washing machine. The other washing machine we decided to leave (the fact that it's phenomenally heavy was part of our decision). However, I think it might be the actual prototype of the first ever electric-powered washing machine. So, worth keeping. We then borrowed our neighbours' compressor and used it to blow all the dirt and dust of the last 50+ years away.
Next steps: put in a workbench, electric, tools...
