York Minster

After a busy week we decided to go to York for the day. The sun was shining and the temperature got up to 16.5 degC despite there still being a chill north-east wind. I had already decided that I wanted to walk along the old Roman walls in order to get a view of the Minster. I have seen a different view from this but we must have chosen the wrong part of the wall to walk along. However we enjoyed looking down on to some very nice gardens from above so our time wasn't wasted.

We will go and explore the other parts of the wall another day.
