The team!

It's very unusual for these four lovely people to all be working at the gym/pool at the same time but today they were. Friday is the busiest day at the pool so it was a perfect blip opportunity.

They help me to train, so I help with English. I've spent the most time with Ahmed, and his language has improved, especially for training. And he's fun to train with!

In return, the first Arabic word he taught me was yalahwi. For expressing surprise. Very expressive, very common, some consider it a bit rude. But I now sound truly local!
