Dining In

I didn't need to go very far this morning to get a 'blip worthy' shot! In fact I quietly opened the sliding glass door and captured this male Pileated Woodpecker just chowing down. He is much more shy than the female, who will allow me to step out onto the patio only 20' or so from the feeders as she eats. Mr will fly off at the slightest movement. So I was happy to get a few shots of him. Wishing You All a Great Weekend! May those of you who have had 'enough' rain get a break from it and may the rest of us who need rain...get some!
