Politics on the Prom

Last day of the council election campaign and both the Greens and Labour were out on the Prom for last minute photocalls. Andy Wightman MSP came to lend support to Green candidate Mary Campbell (see extra) and Kezia Dugdale MSP and leader of the Scottish Labour Party came to support Labour councillor Maureen Child who is looking to get re-elected tomorrow. We had an idea to get Kez to pose with a bag of chips, in reference to Theresa May's pictures from Cornwall, but as the chip van was shut we made do with ice creams for her and Maureen.
