Best Night of his life!

No school for Ethan today as they were closed due to local elections.

I was working, so Hubbie took the day off to look after Ethan, apart from a couple of hours when Ethan attended a football training session at Livingston Football Club. The kids got to train with some of the Livi players which Ethan was excited about.

Once I'd finished work, Ethan and I picked up his best friend Logan and his Mum and we drove to Glasgow. We had dinner in Clydebuilt Restaurant before going to the Hydro for WWE. Both Ethan & Logan are huge fans and have been hyper about this for weeks! I wasn't sure how long Ethan would last as I knew it would be a late night, but he was so hyped up, he lasted till the end. He was ready to explode with excitement when his favourite wrestler, Randy Orton, came on at the end! Ethan has proclaimed this 'The best night of my life, ever"!

We had a nightmare journey home as the newly re-opened M8 was shut at J11, causing massive tailbacks along the diversion routes. Took us just over 2 hours to get home, with Ethan finally making it to bed at 12.30am! I have no idea yet if he'll be going to school tomorrow or not. Think I'll wait to see what time he wakes up at.
