Pohutukawa

My dwarf pohutukawa (N.Z. native) has begun flowering. Myrtle rust, a fungal disease capable of killing pohutukawa, manuka and rata, has just been detected in a North Island nursery. If it spreads, many of our native trees as well as eucalypts and feijoas would be decimated.
