Herd's House

Hilary and I had a short ride out on the bikes this evening, first time in a over a year. Rode over to Herd's House, the home of my Great, Great Grandfather, on the edge of Slaley Forest. Just a ruin now, surrounded by cherry trees with a magnificent view over Hexhamshire.
