A chickadee goes nest shopping

We'll see if this chickadee couple decides to settle inside this gourd nest. They looked for a bit, cleaned out some of the dried gourd flesh inside, then tried out another nest choice nearby. I watched another couple this morning when they removed some of Raspberry's hair from an old avocado bag I have hanging. last year, Kanga Zu gave me a fabulous hanging container of nesting materials. I took it down last season and I've put it in a very special place apparently because I cannot locate it in the barn! I'm still looking, sorry, P!

This day came in cold and sunny. Rain on the way the next few days I fear.

All hands horrified over the passage of Trumpcare in the House of Representatives. Cruelty rules I guess, this is a terrible bill for the health of Americans. How can you take health coverage away from people, sick or healthy? Soon I won't have any more tears for the damage done by this Administration. Another bus imagery situation again with Trump and his followers, ugh. More lies, more heartache.
