Taekwondo

I volunteered all day yesterday with my two sons at our dojang's TJ Curry Taekwondo Shootout. It was an amazing sight of a gracefully violent sport with a group of respectful men kindly sharing their talents with the younger generation. Sure do hope to see TJ in the next Olympics after serving this year as an alternate. The one doing the head kick in this picture is our dear friend Austin Carter who's on the US National Team. He's 16.
