A Harrowing Day

No not really, but this was the action when we arrived at our instructors yard this morning for another lesson. The arena being harrowed level! 
This afternoon my first follow up with my Physio, she has changed a couple of my exercises worked on lengthening one of the muscles in my lower leg. Rather sore now but hopefully no pain no gain!
