One of those nights

Where there are no words to describe the world.

From the community spirit that was evident from half a mile away, as you could hear the cheers for every single runner who crossed the finish line for the Troon 10K.

To the bird song, echoing around an allotment, so many birds, I couldn't even recognise, singing as though their lives depended on it.

And  the Tide which was at it's midpoint, but was flat calm, and as blue as the sky, and carrying the sounds of the town around the coast.

And oh  the sky; the sky which changed colour every five minutes.

For the silhouettes against the water.

For the warmth in the air.

For a day of presents

For being with Him,

and being perfectly happy.
