One Foot On The Coaching Ladder

Took my Level 1 coaching course today. Had a great time. Missed our boys and girls teams matches at a local festival but well worth doing the course and had a lot of fun. The coaches had to take the place of the kids to do the drills. What was supposed to be a warm up for the kids felt like a full on fitness test for me! Think the legs are going to hurt a bit in the morning.
