Anemone by night

After working from home I went to the chiropractor just to make sure that everything was aligned.

A good friend was selling their fold up bike. I've been to have a look and rode it up and down their road. So I'm now going to be a proud owner of a bike that I can easily fold and take inside when I volunteer at the mill and other places. I've ordered a bright green cycling hat as my racing one didn't seem appropriate.

It's 6 months today since David left me. And I know that you think that I am doing really well. I'm sometimes not convinced. But thank you for your support. I couldn't do it without you
