Our House

This House features in our lives so much at the moment I think we can legitimately think of it as our own.

Today I ran around it whilst J was at school and later he walked to and around it listening to Freakonomics podcasts. The latter giving me a freaky hour when I realised I was on my own in the house for the first time I can remember in a very long time.

A fortuitously timed phyiso appointment sorted out my dodgy neck and has hopefully got me started on a plan to keep injury free as I do this running thing.
