Fuzzy Blue Heron

This is the fuzzy heron that patrols the Canonmills section of the Water of Leith. Every time I see it I take its picture and irrespective of where it's standing, how far away I am, whether I've got my camera or phone and even the weather conditions .. it magically turns fuzzy. Amazing.
Spotted it today as we wandered home after a fine lunch with Sandie down in sunny, freezing Leith. It was looking pretty stoic, wind blown and sharp!
