Saint or synner?

After much consideration I joined Slimming World a couple of weeks ago. (My aunt, cousin and cousins wife have lost loads of weight that way). Last week I lost 4lb, this week after walking 35km for exercise and being what I considered to be good I've put 1.5lb on. Well pissed off!
This is the church where go to get weighed - hence the title
