10th Green

It actually felt and looked quite Summer-y on the golf course this morning, as this view taken as we came off the 10th green suggests.

The hole was notable for the fact that I'd managed to hit 4 straight shots in a row; sadly, the third one stopped about an inch short of the hole, so I just missed out on a very rare birdie. The warm weather obviously helped our games as we all played pretty well.

My old friend and erstwhile walking partner Roger called in this afternoon. He's been busy with a new part time job and, with us being away, we haven't had the opportunity to meet up lately, so it was good to catch up.
