Tiny Split

This morning I looked across the back lawn by the hedgehog feeding station and I was greeted by a sight that made me think that a cat had got behind the hydraulic cat scarer and was and was making a defiant gesture to the effect of “anything you can do . . .”
 
On closer inspection (with the water turned off) I could see that the outlet from the ‘ground spike connector’ had split after only a couple of months use – mostly getting Mrs W or myself when we go out to the hedgehog food or trail-cams forgetting to turn off the hosepipe.   Complete unit now in the process of being replaced by Amazon.
