Honest in Brixton

I think my stomach may have just had the most amazing Saturday ever! I headed up to Brixton to stay at Hero and Lauren's for the weekend and they took me around some of their fave eating places for the day.

We started off in Brixton Village where we had a lovely coffee (after 29 years I am now a certified coffee drinker - that's big news in my world!) then they took me to Honest Burger where I had probably the best burger I have ever eaten alongside some homemade lemonade. So simply done, but so yummy. We then headed into the centre where we sampled a selection of different coffees in the Monmouth Coffee House (Lauren actually closed her eyes whilst eating one of their chocolate truffles as she was enjoying it so much!) and then headed to an Italian deli-cafe in Soho for cake. That was what tipped me over the edge and when I realised I was full! They then made me chicken wings and rice for dinner when we got back which I obviously couldn't say no to. They're the best foodies ever!
