Preparations are underway for some local road works. *sigh*

Gill and I had coffee at Tir na nOg this morning, sitting outside in the courtyard, then Minty took us on the woodland walk through the grounds. There were still loads of daffodils in bloom, which surprised us, and we also spotted the remains of what we presumed had been a recent firewalk.

After Gill had left for the drive home to Troon I spent ages watering (what P hopes will be) a new hedge, which was looking decidedly thirsty due to the lack of rain.

That's a sentence I never thought I'd write...
