May Day Picnick

Splendid weather +11c, sunny and beautiful. (Snowmen almost gone) So me and teens did go for light picknick to the city centre with few thousand else citicens.

The traditional show here was to watch the first year technical university students to be dipped into the cold rapid water in big baskets... Brave finns - eh?

Lovely walk around the city. In the afternoon we had a good meal and then my daughter and her boyfriend did travel back to Helsinki...

I am so happy as she got a job offer during the may day weekend. What a relief.
