Mayday...

...a day of snails and damp tulips!
Mayday, day off and it rained more or less ALL day!  OK I know we need rain here in South Eastern England, but really -it could have waited till tomorrow!
I had ideas for today, but when I saw the weather i just stayed in bed till 10am, then pottered around home....I needed a rest though after all the recent activity rolling in cemeteries and fields so I feel it has done me good.  I found this snail in my garden, and thought he looked good on the very pretty tulip so he is my blip for today.
On the plus front - no rats last night! think Norm may have emptied the nest!
