First Watch

1st May and the 1st and so far the only rose to appear in the garden this year.

Up at 5.15 with lots of energy - unfortunately it's only the bank who has really benefited from my dynamism today. Hopefully will be able to get out for a run tomorrow, and then will probably run the half mara in Geneva on Sunday.
