Aquilegia

Cycled to the (new) gym. Did a spin class followed by a Kettlercise class. Cycled home, carefully avoiding mowing down any of the hundreds of MK marathon runners coming in the opposite direction. Did some jobs in the garden followed by lunch. Got the guest bedroom and bathroom ready for Mollymay's husband Glyn who's coming to stay tomorrow. Did my blip.
