Funny Girl

By a strange coincidence, this is the book for both of my book clubs this month. It makes keeping up with my reading much easier this time.

We discussed the book for quite a while tonight before catching up on gossip took over. It was an easy fun read and, since I was brought up on radio sitcoms, had a comfortable familiarity. 

The new decanted library was open for the first time to students today. The alarms on some of the doors that they are not meant to use went off every five minutes all through the day. The environment was not very conducive to the revision they were all hoping to do. We're hoping that they manage to work out which doors are alarmed very soon otherwise it is going to be a very noisy building.
