As far as the eye can see

A quick walk down by the river today revealed this magnificent field of buttercups (mixed in with quite a few dandelions!). It was a sight to cheer the soul.
After lunch we will start the journey home. I am not looking forward to it. It's normally a 3 hr drive but I wonder what difference the bank holiday traffic will make.
