3 generations at parkrun

Very proud of my Dad who completed his first ever parkrun today. He had estimated it would take him just over an hour and that he would come in last. But he completed the 5k course in 51 minutes 32 seconds and came 327/335!

Ethan & I ran it together. Despite Ethan falling over and grazing his ankle 3/4 way round, he still smashed it, finishing in 31 minutes 11 seconds - a PB of about 90 seconds!

The Foreveryoungs were at a wedding today, so Granny was looking after Eden & Lucas. They spent the afternoon at our house and Eden then wanted a sleepover so is still here now.
