Sunday: China Town

We met up with H and J and their friends visiting from the UK for dim sum this morning. It was Wendy's first dim sum experience but I don't think she is anxious to repeat the experience. I can understand that Chinese at 1000 in the morning is not to everyone's taste.

We had intended to go for a walk in the Sun Yat Sen Gardens but they were actually closed for renovations. We changed plan and headed home via Jericho Beach.

The rest of the day was spent very pleasantly in the garden. We have summerised it (i.e. got it ready for summer, garden furniture out etc) which felt wonderful, particularly as it was the first day nice enough to spend outside like this.

And then finally it was time to take Wendy to the airport for her flight back to the UK at the end of her three week holiday.
