Stormy weather

A combination of high tide and an unusual wind direction made for some spectacular waves, despite the relatively mild day. We sat at the window of my FIL's house, watching a variety of vessels making their way up river. One of the extras shows a yacht, but there was also a small fishing boat crashing up and down over the waves and making really slow progress and a tug that just cut a steady route through. Much to my astonishment, there were even some wild swimmers (see the extra).

The WBC is landscape, this is more of a seascape!
