Stop and smell the flowers!

I have been watching a pair of doves for a while that would come up to the porch rail but before I could get a photo the dog scared them off..probably thinking they were a squirrel.   But today, they were there..getting water from the pan I have up on the ledge and then sitting here where the other little birds drop seed on the rail.  The male is to the right but I wanted to just show this one..oops, it might be the male but I am hoping this is the female..smelling the petunias.
