Curry time!
My friend Marion was coming to dinner tonight. Remembering the delicious food we had had on our Sri Lankan holiday, I decided to do some curry cooking. Using my 'Deliciously Ella' book, I made Aloo Gobi, Chana Daal and Coconut Rice served with a variety of accompaniments. I also made Kulfi for dessert, served with mango purée and pistachios. It all went rather well !!!!
