Castle Drogo
A very wet day here. So we went over to Castle Drogo, which is having a very expensive make over because of the water and damp, this is taking 5 years to do, there have another 1.5 years to go.
Some of the house was open and was very interesting. At the end of this corridor is a Dolls House.
The doll's house in the Service Corridor, made for the Drewe's elder daughter Mary in 1906 she was 6 years old, by a carpenter at Wadhurst Hall. It have electric light and running water in it. See Extra Photo.
We have very little internet here so sorry if i have not court up with you.
