The Shoal.

This is a new "community" venture. More here.  The idea is the benches will be used to display metal fish engraved with memorials, quotations etc. These will be paid for, and the income used to fund the benches and its upkeep. 

I have some reservations. It is made of stainless steel, painted over with silver paint, rather carelessly in my view, with wooden seating. It's situated at Splash Point which cops the worst of the winter storms. I'll be interested to see it in a year's time.
