About as authentic as you can get.......

....on a cold & wet Sunday in Somerset!  A Greek salad where 'all' the ingredients have been brought back from Cephalonia.  All the fresh bits and even fresh feta, oregano and olive oil/vinegar!  It was lovely and the cucumber actually tasted like one!!  What a brilliant idea.  We enjoyed it with the friends who brought it back.....didn't even notice the rain much.  The Greek wine wasn't quite cold enough so we went for Italian!!
