Stopped off at a deserted Hailes Castle on the way to Smeaton Nursery to purchase Sea Holly.

Home to discover the trowel has gone awol. So, popped down to Haddy for a replacement.

Then filled the car with cardboard and headed off to the recycling centre before picking up Ruby from work. And then I girded my loins and did a supermarket sweep. Before running Ruby and her pal to the bus stop for a night in Embra.

While I've been doing this Mrs S has been scrubbing the house from top to bottom.

So a productive if unglamorous day.
