Right time, right place for this one.

Supermarket
Hairdresser, which caused me much anxiety. I normally am nervous about it, but today I got a new hairdresser as the other one left. Multiply that with the noise, the heat, the movement of other people, the apprehension of the cut, her touching me, trying to have conversations. By the end of the 45mins I was shaking.

Fresh air helped (I had a walk round the pond) a bit but now 8hrs later I am still feeling the effects, my heart is thumping, by breathing is hard and I am on the verge of self harm.
