Daughter #2

Following a speedy run at parkrun this morning (20:53 - my second quickest in 254 efforts: rather thrilled with that :o) ) Daughter #2 and I hopped on our bikes for a ride along the Tyne.
A rather splendid way to spend a Saturday morning.
