Bronzed

Had a stroll around central Brisbane today taking photos. Amid all the modern buildings in the CBD there are still some old ones left and there are a few old statues. I like this statue of Queen Victoria by Thomas Brock outside the old Lands Administration Building - which is now part of the casino.

I've previously blipped a Queen Victoria statue in Aberdeen, which depicts a younger Victoria - the Aberdeen one is from 1866, Brisbane's was unveiled in 1906, 5 years after she died. Wonder how many Queen Victoria statues there are?
