Red-Winged Blackbird, Excited!

This red-winged blackbird was "fit-to-be-tied"
at some perceived threat.  I find it amazing
that a bird's skin,  a muscle, can arouse it's
feathers so that it can 'fluff-up' so.

There were many red-winged blackbirds at
this site so there was constant melody in
the air.  It was a sublime moment for me!
